Main Responsibilities:

​

• Oversee the company’s technical team and all projects undertaken.

• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.

• Help identify risks/issues, dependencies or impacts in any project. Ensure project management work is executed successfully.

• Oversee project timelines/deliverables, align on priorities, disseminate key information and support to stakeholders.

• Communicate effectively and proactively on project activities, issues and overall status to management and key stakeholders.

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve high standards and goals maintain high levels of creativity and energy.

• Help the team adapt quickly to changing priorities, identify roadblocks and find solutions.

What you bring:

​

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous web development knowledge

• Outstanding technical leads are accountable and trustworthy

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Innovation and creativity are a must

• Strong knowledge of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

• Advanced level of the English language (exclusive)

• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
